Beginning Sunday, February 19, 2017, PNC’s Cash Concentration website will no longer support TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols. Web users must use the TLS 1.2 protocol to access the website. Web users will need to change their protocol setting in the IE browser.
Please follow the following steps to update your protocol:
• Open Internet Explorer • Select the Tools menu • Select Internet Options • Go to the “Advanced” tab • Enable “Use TLS 1.2”
Without this change, employers will not be able to make payments to PSERS through PNC’s Cash Concentration website. Please make the necessary changes so that your payments are not affected.
